What are your hours of operation?
Of course, affiliate.familyhomeessentials.com is up and running 24/7, but our office is only open Monday through Thursday 9a–6p and Friday 9a-1p CST. We are also closed on all federal holidays. Our charming Fayetteville store front is open Monday–Saturday 10a– 6p CST as well as Sunday 12p– 5p CST.

The most efficient way to contact us is to email [email protected] or call us at 479 269-5688. We receive numerous calls a day so if we do not answer please leave a message and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I get on your email list?
You bet! You’ll be excited to see what beautiful items arrive weekly to your mailbox! Just scroll down to the bottom of the website – you'll see a box to enter in your email address.
Are all of the items on your website also in-store?
No, some of our items are “Online Exclusive". This is noted in the description of each "online exclusive" item online. For questions regarding in-store inventory, please give our store front a call (or text) to check for availability.

Do I need to create a login to shop?
Nope! Feel free to check out as a guest. However, we recommend creating an account. It will speed up the process for future orders and allow you to keep up with your order status. It also reduces the chances of accidentally having a type-o in your shipping/billing address.

We truly love our customers! Creating an account is one of the most efficient ways for us to take care of you! By creating an account you'll have access to your past orders, store credit codes, and not to mention a much faster check out process! You'll also receive perks via email! By accepting our marketing, you'll receive exclusive promotional discounts, and be the first to know about major sales, anticipated restocks, and the latest trends! - Exclusive to account holders!
What if I forget my password?
No problem, you can retrieve your password by selecting the “Lost Password” link on the login page. If you still need a little help, remember you can always shoot us an email at [email protected] for extra help!
Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time. Happy shopping!
Should I receive an email and tracking number after placing an order?
Yes, you will receive 2 separate emails. The first email confirms your order was received and is processing. Once your order has been completed, you will receive a second email with a tracking number, or local pick up confirmation. If you do not receive either of these emails, please add [email protected] to your email address book.
What if the item I want to order is out of stock?
Please sign up for the waitlist! Every Monday our buying team re-orders popular out-of-stock items. One of the heaviest factors in this decision making process depends on the demand created by you! Let us know what you want to see back in-stock by signing up for restock notifications!
If I’m on the wait list, does that mean I’m guaranteed to receive the item?
No, our items sell quickly and we are limited to the quantity of our vendors. However, we will continue to re-stock any specific item as long as the demand continues and it is available from our vendor.
I can’t find where to enter the code?
From a computer: After adding all the items to your cart that you would like, view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once viewing your cart, double check to make sure sizes and quantities are correct then click on the "Check out" button. Next you will need to fill out the customer information on the left side of the screen, unless you have an account with us and it is already filled out for you. Then on the right side of the screen, you will see a list of the items you are purchasing along with your total. Above the "total" is a box that says "gift card or discount code". This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit "Apply". Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the "Complete Order" button.
From a mobile device: After adding all the items to your cart that you would like, view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top of the screen. Once viewing your cart, double check to make sure sizes and quantities are correct then click on the "Check out" button. Next it will bring you to the page where you will need to fill out the customer information, unless you have an account with us and are signed in. At the top of this page, there is a drop down box that says "Show order summery". Click this to drop the box down. You will then see a summary of the items you are purchasing followed by a box that says "Gift card or discount code". This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit the arrow button to apply. Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the "Complete Order" button.

What if my code says it does not belong to me?
The promotional codes are associated with email addresses. Make sure you’re using the same email address the code was sent to, as the address associated with your account. If you are unable to match up the email address, send us an email or give us a call! We’re more than happy to help ya out!
Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?
Unfortunately, our site only allows for one discount code to be used per order. However, you can use a discount code and a store credit code on one order.

If you need to return something from an order completed through Afterpay, please send it back to Riffraff within 30 days of delivery. We will send you the full amount of the item in store credit. You are still responsible for completing the Afterpay payments.
